The inspiration is Mediterranean: the kind of dinnerware you might find in a farmhouse in Provence or on a terrace in Umbria. But every piece is made in Tucson, Arizona, by HF Coors artisans who have been painting this pattern for years. The craft is American. The sensibility is borrowed from somewhere older.

Our red and orange glazes require trace cadmium for color, but we only use encapsulated cadmium, safely sealed within zircon crystals so it cannot leach or transfer into food.
