Mimbreño Pattern Dinnerware
The Mimbreño dinnerware collection by HF Coors celebrates one of the most iconic dinnerware patterns in American history. Originally designed in the 1930s for the Fred Harvey Company and the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway’s Super Chief dining cars, the Mimbreño pattern was commissioned by famed architect and designer Mary Colter. Inspired by the thousand-year-old artistry of the Mimbres people of the American Southwest, the bold black-and-white designs reflect themes of life, nature, and community.
HF Coors proudly continues this legacy, handcrafting authentic Mimbreño dinnerware in Tucson, Arizona. Every piece is 100% made in the USA, restaurant-durable, lead-free, and built to last — trusted by chefs, collectors, and families alike.
Bring home the spirit of Fred Harvey, the Santa Fe Railway, and authentic Southwestern heritage with Mimbreño dinnerware — a timeless blend of artistry, history, and American craftsmanship.
